Returning for its 12th season, December Nights & Holiday Lights will return on Friday, November 24th and be open on select nights through Saturday, December 23rd. Guests will be treated to more than five acres with nearly a mile of magically lit trails and gardens. Newly created themes this year include Alice in Wonderland, Once Upon a Time (with a real fire-breathing dragon), Octopus’s Garden and Carnival of Color.
Holiday Lights is a walking event and tickets must be purchased in advance.
Free General Parking is located OFFSITE at Southwest Middle School (6030 Ogeechee Rd. Savannah, GA 31419) with trolley service to the Gardens.
Tickets & Parking
Tickets must be purchased online and by time slot between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. General Admission tickets are $15 per person. Children 3 and under are free. Free parking will be available at Southwest Middle School with continuous shuttle service to the Coastal Gardens. VIP Parking will be available onsite for a nominal fee and must be purchased in advance.
How Long Is The Event?
This year’s event is bigger than ever, covering more than five acres with nearly a mile of magically lit trails. Most guests will spend around an hour exploring December Nights & Holiday Lights.
Inclement Weather
We’re open rain or shine. We will only close the event due to safety concerns. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified of any event change via the email they provide when purchasing tickets and can reschedule for another date or receive a refund of their ticket price.
What Is Ticket Assurance?
Ticket Assurance is offered at $5 per ticket and allows the ticket holder to move their ticket to another date, based on availability for no additional change fee.
Will Food Options Be Available?
Yes! The Dawg House Café will offer light dinner options and Wonderland Treats & Eats will be offering smores, hot cocoa and coffee.
Is The Event Accessible?
The Gardens are handicapped and stroller accessible. We do NOT offer wheelchair rentals at this time. Holiday Lights is a walking tour that typically takes most visitors around an hour to tour.
